James Clarence `Spider` Massie, 69, Dover, died Monday, February 21, 2011, at Vanderbilt Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11:00 am Friday at Fairview Baptist Church, Dover, TN with Bro. Tony Chester officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Dover, TN. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 am Friday at Fairview Baptist Church, Dover, TN at Fairview Baptist Church, Dover, TN. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born November 13, 1941 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late Oscar and Clatie Anglin Massie. Survivors include his sister, Martha Susie Bracey, Dover, TN and brother, Wiley Massie, Erin, TN. Family and friends will be pallbearers.
