Christin Nese

Christin Noel Nese, age 46, of Dover, TN, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 21, 1978, the beloved daughter of Michael and Pamela Sue Johnston Pierce.

Christin dedicated her career to the medical field, where she found great fulfillment in caring for her patients with compassion and skill. She later became a phlebotomist, a role that suited her perfectly-her gentle touch and kind spirit put others at ease and reflected her deep care for those she served.

Above all, Christin's greatest love was her family. She was the person everyone turned to for advice, always ready to lend a helping hand and share words of comfort. Her nurturing nature extended beyond her family, as she treated everyone she met with genuine kindness and motherly love.

Christin was also an avid animal lover, especially devoted to her beloved huskies who returned her affection with unwavering loyalty and joy.

Christin is preceded in death by her father-in-law, James Nese.

She leaves behind her family to cherish her memory, parents, Michael and Pamela pierce; husband, James Nese; children, Gavin Pierce and Marissa Nese (Jessie Szostak); sisters, Heather Bonham (John), Trenna Pierce, Brandy Pierce; mother-in-law, Linda Nese; brother-in-law, Jason Nese; cousins, Michelle Black and Jenni Pierce; Aunt Debbie Long; nephews, Galen March and Sean Hamm; best friend, Angel Manners; honorary nephew, Victor Manners and honorary niece, Christian Phillips;

In keeping with Christin's wishes, she will be cremated.
