Charles Lockwood

Charles Roy Lockwood, age 58, of Dover passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 at his home. Mr. Lockwood was born March 10, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan to Charles Edward and Martha Burgess Lockwood. He served in the United States Navy. He is survived by his daughter, Andria Ellen Lockwood Cook, Herndon, KY, brother, Edward Lockwood, Oklahoma, and two grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine M. Lockwood, and son, Charles Lockwood, III.
Mr. Lockwood was cremated, a graveside service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 10, at Maranatha Cemetery. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
