Charles Buchanan

Charles Clay Buchanan, age 77, of Indian Mound, TN, passed away Monday, July 8, 2013, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral service will be at 11 am Thursday at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. David Evans to officiate, burial will follow in the Dunbar Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Steve Slaughter, Billy Edwards, Scottie Buchanan, Ronald Buchanan, Harold Chester, and Christopher Cook. He was born May 18, 1936 in Stewart County, TN son of the late, Henry Clay and Bettye Jackson Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan was a Methodist, farmer, and truck driver. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Buchanan, son, Charles Buchanan, Indian Mound, sister, Sara Slaughter, Arab, AL, grandchildren, Cristen Buchanan, Kohen Buchanan, Lawrence Ficke, Christopher Cook, and great grandchild, McKinzie Buchanan.
