Celenia K. Dennis

Apr 1, 1975 — Jul 11, 2026

Indian Mound

Mrs. Celenia K. Dennis Simental, age 51, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at her home. Born on April 1, 1975, in Clarksville, Tennessee, she was the cherished daughter of John K. Dennis and Sherry Elliott.

Celenia truly embraced life and found her greatest peace on the water with a fishing pole in her hand. If you called and asked her to go fishing, she was already ready to go. There was simply no place she would rather be than out on the water, enjoying the quiet moments and making memories with those she loved. She also loved singing karaoke and never missed an opportunity to laugh, have fun, and bring a smile to those around her. Above all else, Celenia's greatest joy was her family. She loved deeply and wholeheartedly, and nothing meant more to her than spending time with the people she loved.

She was preceded in death by her father, John K. Dennis, and her brother, Jeremy Keel.

Left to cherish her memory are her devoted husband, Roberto Simental; her loving mother, Sherry Elliott; her children, Iovanny Simental, Issiah Kirby, Justice Cattee, Robert Dennis, and Emily Jackson; her siblings, Terry Dennis, Nathan Dennis, Crystal Barnes, Joye Dennis, and Amber Lehman; her stepmother, Barbie Dennis; and her fishing buddy, Jackie Travis; along with many extended family members and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Anglin Funeral Home with Darren Elliott and Donnie Dennis officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until the time of service.

Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.anglinfuneralhome.com.
