Carol Hinkel

Carol L. Hinkel, 78, Dover, TN, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Henry Co. Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 10:00 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Dover, TN. She was born March 20, 1934 in Detroit, MI daughter of the late Bonitta Slaybaugh. Mrs. Hinkel was a retired waitress and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her step father, Harold Slaybaugh, daughter, Dixie Macy, son, William (Billy) Newlon, and one sister. Survivors include her husband, George R. Hinkel, Jr., Dover, TN; daughter, Bonitta Newlon, Nevada and three grandchildren.
