Carl Sizemore

John Carl Sizemore, 88, Dover, TN passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011 at Manor House of Dover, TN. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11:00 am with Bro. George Adair officiating. Burial will follow in the Taylor Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery, Dover, TN. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 from 4-8:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. He was born June 24, 1923 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late E.B. and Cora Edith Andrews Sizemore. Mr. Sizemore was a retired supervisor for T.J. Moss Timber Co., a member of TN City Methodist Church, Dickson Co., TN and a U.S. Army WWII and Korea veteran. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Burkhart Sizemore and sisters, Elvira Keel and Pearl Cottrell. Survivors include his sisters, Bonnie Crutcher and Essie Settle, both of Dover, TN. Pallbearers will be Carter Cottrell, Eddie Cottrell, Devin Earheart, John Crutcher, Terry Crutcher and Neil Settle.
