Bruce Morgan

Bruce Mitchell Morgan, age 61, passed away August 5, 2023 at Dover Care Center. He was a lifelong resident of Stewart County.
After graduating from Murray State University, he taught agriculture at Stewart County High School but later chose a career as a farrier in Middle Tennessee/Southern Kentucky.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm and continue until the memorial service at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Brandon’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, Bumpus Mills, TN with Rhonda Taylor Madge officiating. Burial to follow at Morgan Cemetery.
Bruce is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Rosa Williams Morgan of the Bumpus Mills Community.
He is survived by his brother, Ross (Brenda) Morgan, Hopkinsville, KY; sisters, Rita (Kenneth Lynn Jobe) Morgan, New Concord, KY; Fern (Bob) Perry, The Villages, FL, and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt Thank you to the staff at Dover Care Center Nursing Home for the loving care and devotion given to their brother during his stay there.
