Brenda Carter

Brenda Ann Carter, 74 of Dover, TN passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Melvin Dunaway and Bro. Garrette Milliken officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 11:00 am until the hour of service.
She was born August 18, 1941 in Indian Mound, TN daughter of the late Austin Bud Carter and Camilla Beatrice “Dolly” Downs Carter. She was a retired cook. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Carl “Lexie” Coleman and Troy Coleman. Survivors include her son, Marty Lee Austin, Dover, TN, daughters, Laurie Ann Elliott (David), Dover, TN, Stephanie Austin Lewis (Stephen Theroux), Clarksville, TN, grandchildren, Dustin Lee Elliott (Ashley), Amber Rene Wimbs (Daniel) and one great grandchild, Hugh Elliott Wimbs. In lieu of other memorials, donations may be made to the Stewart Co. Handicap Society, 305 Church St., Dover, TN 37058.
