Bobby Robertson

Bobby Lee Robertson, 77 of Indian Mound, TN passed away on Friday, July 18, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Melvin Dunaway officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 5-8:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. Anglin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born January 1, 1937 in Stewart Co., TN son of the late Joel Carter and Sarah Virgie Miles Robertson. Mr. Robertson was a retired truck driver with Yellow Freight Systems, Deacon at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, member of the Teamsters Union 480, board member of the Good Samaritans and founder, producer and promoter of the Bobby Robertson Band. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, J.C. Robertson and Dale Robertson. Survivors include his wife, Marcia Tippit Robertson, sons, Kenneth Robertson (Brooke), Indian Mound, TN, Ben Robertson (Marcy), Indian Mound, TN, daughter, Renae Natero (Sunny), Woodlawn, TN, brothers, Donnie Robertson (Brenda), Dover, TN, Jerry Robertson (Sharon), Woodlawn, TN, Perry Robertson (Linda), Woodlawn, TN, sisters, Margaret Auterson (Virl), Lexington, KY, Shirley Fizer, Radcliff, KY and ten grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Robertson, Ben Robertson, Gary Conquest, Sunny Natero, Jimmie Mullins, Robert Parker.
