Birdie Wallace

Birdie E. Wallace, 92, Bumpus Mills, TN passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 11 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Johnny Harris and Kenneth Gossett officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenhill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4-8 pm at Anglin Funeral Home. She was born March 2, 1920 in Bumpus Mills, TN daughter of the late Wayne and Ida Hargis Clark. Mrs. Wallace was a homemaker, former beautician, Mary Kay consultant for over 40 years and a member of Bumpus Mills Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wallace and brothers, Hargis Clark and Horace Clark. Survivors include her sons, David C. ( Janna) Wallace, Dover, TN and Dan Wallace, Bumpus Mills, TN; daughter, Debbie (Danny) Patterson, Abilene, TX; brother, Sid Clark, Bumpus Mills, TN; sisters, Eva Byrd, Oak Ridge, TN, Alene Johnson, Bushnell, FL, and Virginia Clark, Bumpus Mills, TN; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Family and friends will be pallbearers.
