Betty Keel

Betty S. Keel, 84, Clarksville, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Spring Meadows Nursing Home, Clarksville, TN. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Tyson officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 5-7:00 pm and on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 11:00 am until the hour of service at Anglin Funeral Home. She was born November 26, 1929 in Stewart Co., TN daughter of the late G. Noel and Mary Bessie Hoskins Tyson. Mrs. Keel was a retired factory worker from Lincoln Engineering in St. Louis, MO. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John H. Keel and her brothers, Henry Frank Tyson and Kenneth Tyson. Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Sue Burton (Mike), Clarksville, TN; brothers, James Tyson, Indian Mound, TN, William Earl Tyson, Indian Mound, TN, Billy Tyson, Indian Mound, TN; sisters, Earline Atkins, St. Louis, MO, Mary Jane Schmidt, St. Louis, MO, and Barbara Joice, St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Michelle Lantz, Heather Hinds and Christopher Burton and six great grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
