Ms. Betty Jean Dolan, age 93, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
Born on January 7, 1932, in Lomax, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Emery Kronfeld and Betty Nagy Kronfeld.
Betty lived a remarkable life marked by strength, resilience, and kindness. During her working years, she contributed to the nation’s defense by building airplanes in an aircraft factory—a testament to her determination and sense of purpose.
Betty was known for her warm and generous spirit. She loved to laugh, share a good joke, and welcomed everyone with open arms. Hosting guests brought her joy, and her home was often filled with love and laughter.
A special part of her later years was the fellowship she shared with Pastor Ronnie Burgess and the members of Mt. View Cumberland Presbyterian Church, whose visits were a great comfort and source of happiness to her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Calvin W. Dolan, and her son, Shawn Dolan.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Angel Dolan, and her dear friends, Frankie and Shirley Sills, who held a special place in her heart.
