Betty Ann Collins, 56, Dover, passed away, Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. She was born June 22, 1955 in Detroit, MI, daughter of Willard, Sr. and Cora Brake. She is preceded in death by her mother, Cora Brake and sister, Wanda Fay Downs. Survivors include her husband, Terry Collins, Dover, children, David Bray, Columbus, IN, Joshua Cleaver, Dover, father, Willard Brake, Sr., Murray, KY, sister, Shirley Brake Bell, Murray, KY, brother, Willard Brake, Jr., Clarkston, MI, and grandchildren, Tripp, Jhanzen, Weylin, and Andrew.
