In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Ariel Boggs, Clarksville, TN, Hunter Luffman, Dover, TN, brother, Kevin Fowler, McKenzie, TN, sisters, Donna Broadway, Cape Girardeau, MO, Angela Fowler, McKenzie, TN. She is preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Hann.
