Arthur Slover

Arthur David Slover, 83, Cumberland Furnace, passed away Monday, August 29, 2011, at Erin, TN. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, September 1, 2011, at the Hall Cemetery, Erin, TN, with David Steppee officiating.
He was born August 20, 1928 in Klamath Falls, Oregon, son of the late Clifford W. and Lena Clanton Slover. Mr. Slover served in the United States Army during the Korean and Vietnam War eras, and he was a truck driver.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Emily Heggie Slover. Survivors include his daughter, Mary E. Lampman, brother, Milton Slover, sister, Jessie Freeman, grandchildren, Ronnie Joe Hudson, Elaine Spears, Kyle Lampman, Robert Lampman, great grandchildren, Lacy Hudson, Aaron Hudson, Nathan Hudson, Caleb Hudson, Shelby Stewart, Justin Spears, Amber Lampman, Brittni Lampman, and great-great grandchildren, Trevor Hudson and Ambie Lynn Richardson.
Pallbearers will be Jake Richardson, Robert Lampman, Roy Knight, Roger Knight, Kyle Lampman, Aaron Hudson, and Nathan Hudson.
