Anita Marie Hoffman

Anita Hoffman, 75 of Dover, TN passed away peacefully on September 30, 2026 at Alive Hospice, Nashville, TN with her loving family by her side. Born on September 4, 1951 the daughter of Wilbur and Filomena Cotellese Wendt.

Anita was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She also cherished her friendships, embracing her friends as an extension of her family.

Anita had a special talent for making jewelry, which she enjoyed creating. She also loved gifting many of her beautiful pieces to others. Each gift brought a smile to the recipient's face-and brought just as much joy to Anita's heart. Her generosity, creativity, and loving spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Filomena Wendt and brother, Gary Wendt.

She leaves behind her devoted and loving husband of 35 years, Rovert Hoffman; son, Daniel McDonnell (Bernidette Silk); brother, William Wendt (Sam Sanford); sister, Phyllis Scopelitis (Philip); niece, Angela Klinkhamer (Jeremy); grandchildren, Hayden and Erica McDonnell; nephew, Eric Fretz; great nephew Chase Klinkhamer.

In keeping with Anita's wishes, she will be cremated.
