Mr. Robert Snider, age 71 of Dover, TN passed away Monday, April 29, 2019 at his residence in Dover, TN. He was born October, 18, 1947 in Star Lake, NY son of the late George Snider and Nettie Stephens Snider. Bob attended Dyers Creek Church of God and was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and golfing. He was also an accomplished high school athlete who loved watching his grandchildren compete. He could easily make others laugh with his unique sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, George Snider and Elwood Snider, and sister, Grace Snider VanVoorhis. Survivors include his son, Ryan Snider (Tania), San Antonio, TX, daughters, Tammy Maria (John), Dover, TN, Lisa Snider Provost, Clinton, NY, twin brother, Richard Snider (Gail), Munsville, NY, grandchildren, Garrett and Madison Maria, Riley, Jordan and Nolan Provost, Mason and Dylan Snider.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Wallace officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 4th from your 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Anglin Funeral Home. A second memorial service will be held in Upstate New York in the coming weeks. In lieu of memorials, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Robert Snider.
