Obituary for Richard Elkon Weisner
Richard Elkon Weisner, age 74, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at his home. He was born April 6, 1946 in Daly City, California, son of the late Henry and Ruby Dudley Weisner. Mr. Weisner was a retired electrical and mechanical engineer with the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Hilscher Weisner, sons, Geodey Weisner, South Africa, PJ Weisner, Florida, Liam Weisner, Tennessee, Johnathan Weisner, New Jersey, and Timmothy Weisner, Tennessee, 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Due to the restrictions for gatherings, private graveside services will be held at the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads. A memorial service with military honors will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, Tennessee.
