Opal Lolita Wall Muncey, age 86 of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away, Friday, February 28, 2020 at her home. She was born July 2, 1933 in Big Rock, TN, daughter of the late Bunion and Josie Ezell Howard. Ms. Muncey is preceded in death by her first husband, John N. Wall and her second husband, Arthur Muncey.
She is survived by her beloved children, Sandra Ewart Marklin, Knoxville, TN, John Ray Wall, Dover, TN, Connie Wall Compton, Herndon, KY, and Kimberly Wall Vercellotti, Herndon, KY, grandchildren, Scott Ewart, John Ewart, Garrett Wall, Travis Wall, Mathew Clardy, Chris Vercellotti, and Sophia Vercellotti, and seven great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 2, 2020 at Anglin Funeral Home with Don Howard and Garrett Wall officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 2:00 pm on Monday at Anglin Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Garrett Wall, Travis Wall, John Ewart, Sophia Vercellotti, Keith Haynes, Ronnie Taylor, and William Taylor. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Vercellotti and Scott Ewart.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN.

I had the pleasure of knowing you only for a short time Miss. Opal, but as I told you the last time I spoke to you, you changed my life forever. You brought love and light to my day every moment that I would walk into work and see your smiling face! I love and miss you dearly! May God hold your family tight at this time.

To The Muncey/Wall Family it was an absolute blessing to have gotten to know your Mom/grandma Lolita was one of many residents that are my favorite residents to have gotten to work with and help and do awesome activities with I will really miss Lolita she was a character my favorite memory of me and Lolita is coloring with her and giving her‚ her favorite cookie for snack which was oatmeal pie cookie and doing activities with her two best friends I call her and her best friends the golden girls they followed each other every where and do everything together Lolita told me she loved me on Tuesday and I said I love you too to be honest she never knew how much she meant to me Lolita was a true blessing and inspiration to me and helped me better myself in my job working with her and doing so many fun activities including family night party's I am going to miss you Lolita love always Kaitlin Guy Programming assistant at Brookdale Clarksville (favorite cookie lady) p.s.
