Obituary for Mary Arzilla Earhart (Stimson)
Mrs. Mary Arzilla Stimson Earhart, age 89 of Dover, TN went to be with the Lord, Friday, December 25, 2020 at Diversicare of Dover. She was born May 28, 1931 in Stewart County, TN to the late Isaac Chester Stimson and Mentie Sylvester Taylor Stimson. Mrs. Earhart was a member of the First Christian Church of Dover and was Stewart County Register of Deeds for 24 years.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 70 years, Everett Jackson Earhart, Sr., son, Everett Earhart, Jr., brothers, Lester Stimson, Isaac Stimson, Jr., and Marshall Stimson; sisters, Cecile Cassidy and Ozella Lyons.
Mrs. Earhart is survived by her daughters, Kathy J. Earhart, Dover, TN, Paulette Williams, Stewart, TN, Mary Wallace, Nashville, TN, Anna Keatts, Dover, TN, Rebekah Petkoff, Denver, CO; grandchildren, Jeremy Bogard, Tiffany Rau, Tyler Wallace, Daniel Morris, Toby Earhart, Adam Earhart, Grayson Hansard, Heather Atkins, Lacey Biggs, Eli Keatts, Joey Reynolds, Alexis Reynolds, Tim Petkoff, and Angela Petkoff; 20 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Anglin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time-of-service Wednesday. Burial will follow at the Jackson Cemetery, Dover, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
