Marsha Putnam

Marsha Putnam, age 69 of Springfield, TN passed away on April 30, 2024 at her residence. She was born on February 13, 1955 a beloved daughter of the late Hallie and Mary Page Boren.

Marsha graduated from St. Thomas Hospital School of Nursing in 1975, and then spent most of her 40+ year nursing career as a trauma and ER nurse at Jesse Holman Jones Hospital, then later Northcrest Medical Center. She had a loving and compassionate heart for her family and others as she opened her home to those in need. She spent her retirement watching and caring for her grandbabies and spending as much time as possible with family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Brennon Putnam; brothers, Dwayne Trump and Dwight Trump.

She leaves behind her loving and caring family. Husband Dale Putnam, sons, Russell Putnam (Whitney), Eric Putnam and Brian Putnam (Kayla); grandchildren, Cyril Woods, Mariyiah Putnam, Gibson Putnam, Carson Putnam and Allie Putnam; sister, Laura Rush (David) nieces; Susan Trump and Mary Galloway (Kelvin), and
other special family; Krysta Long and R.J. Whited III.

Visitation and funeral service will be held at Anglin Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 10:30 am and will continue until the time of service at 1:00 pm with burial to follow at the Page cemetery with Brian Putnam Officiating. Pallbearers: Cyril Woods, Bennie Pearson, Wallace Love, Rich Durant, Eric Putnam, and Bob Saunders.
