Rhue, Glen and I didnt want to stay and intrude on your visiting with others at the funeralm, so we went on and left. I wanted to tell you how amazing your poem was. You are such a gifted writer! I know your mom was so very proud of you! Charlotte loves you to death! It will be hard without your mom, and I can only imagine, but live off of those memories you talked about! Love you and Mike!

See you soon!, Connie and Glen Garrett

You were more than a relative, you were my dear friend. You were my listening ear when I needed one, and I was yours. You were my sewing buddy. We shared ideas, patterns, sewing machine tips, and opinions...and we had a lot of opinions. You were my accomplice when I needed to do something that maybe I shouldn't. You went with me when I drove to Missouri to pick up a sewing machine....that I didn't really need. You were so gifted and talented. Anything you did you did with it sewing, crocheting, making wreaths, gourmet cooking, or tending your beautiful flowers. You gifted me my first Angel Trumpet plant, and today I shared Angel Trumpets in your memory. You always recoginzed when I needed to laugh and would make me do so even when I didn't want to. I miss you. "May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest."

I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom, she was a wonderful lady. I'm so glad I got to know her, my name is Tina Scott an I work at Uffelman Estate Retirement Home. Your mom was one of my residence that I cleaned for an become very good friends with. She would make me laugh so hard an always telling me to slow down, I'm working way to hard. I would love it when she would be working on a puzzle I couldn't help myself to sit down an put a couple pieces together. R.I.P LaRue I'll see you again one day. Always in my PRAYERS.
