Obituary for Janie Atkins
Janie Mullins Atkins, age 86, of Indian Mound, TN passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Tennova Hospital, Clarksville, TN. She was born April 9, 1935 in Stewart County, TN, to the late Jim and Eula Byrd Mullins. Mrs. Atkins was a homemaker and attended the Big Rock Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Clinton Atkins, sister, Lucille Mann, and brother, Billy Mullins.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Ronnie Atkins, Lisa Knight, and Connie Wallace, her brothers, Bailey Mullins and Jimmy Mullins, as well as many grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am – 10:30 am on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Big Rock Church of Christ. The funeral service will be at 10:30 am Saturday at the Big Rock Church of Christ with Bro. Glen Glenn officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN. Pallbearers will be Jamie Atkins, Zack Morrow, Mark Milliken, Jr., Keith Earhart, Ryan Russell, and Joe Patterson.
