Ms. Janell Jones, age 86 of Dover, TN passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born May 24, 1936 the beloved daughter of the late Vennie Maurice and Eunice Ezell Brunson. Janell was active in her church and community. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Dover, TN. Janell enjoyed working several years as a cook for Mid-South Towing. She especially loved being a homemaker and mother to her children. She enjoyed having her family and friends visit her home to share a meal together, playing games and making memories that will last a lifetime.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters; Emma Lou, Lovene, Dorothy and Murel.

She leaves behind those she loved with all her heart, son; Vennie Jones (Gwynn) of Dover, TN, daughter; Stacey Jones of Woodside, NY and granddaughter; Katie McGee along with many dear friends.

Visitation will be at Anglin Funeral Home on Friday, January 13, 2023 beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until the hour of the funeral service at 1:00 pm with Bro. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Those serving as pallbearers are Steve Smith, Glen Earhart, Mike Futrell, Brien Dill, Quinn Garner and Gary Smith.
