Obituary for Harvey Clark

Harvey Clark, 1SG USA, (Ret), age 71, of Bumpus Mills, TN, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, December 25, 2019. He was born April 25, 1948 in Newport, Arkansas, son of the late Ed and Dollie Vickers Clark. Harvey served for 20 years in the US Army, where he served as the 1SG of the 101st Pathfinder Company, was a Vietnam veteran, and many accomplishments to include, two purple hearts, Bronze Star for Valor, Army Service Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal with 6th award, Overseas Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Parachutist Badge, Jump Master, Vietnam Service Medal with 6 campaign stars, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, Combat Infantryman Badge, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Pathfinder Badge, Army Commendation Medal, NCO Professional Development ribbon, Drill Sergeant Badge, and an Air Assault Badge, a member of the Masonic Lodge, and a true Christian. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, J.D and Ralph Clark, sisters, Juanita and Irene Clark. Survivors include his wife Dianna McGee Clark, Bumpus Mills, TN, former spouse, Glenda Sue Clark, Clarksville, TN, sons, Harvey Clark Jr. (Annette), Clarksville, TN, Ed Harvey Clark, and Clarksville, TN, brothers, Stanley Clark, AR, Mark Clark, KS, Paul Clark, AR, James Clark, MS, grandchildren, Tanner, Rylee, Hunter, and Zachary Clark.
A memorial service will be at 12:00 pm Friday, January 3rd at the Kentucky Cemetery Veterans West. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN.
