Obituary for Halbert Burkhart
Halbert E. “Hal” Burkhart, age 71 of Cumberland City, TN, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019, at his home. He was born November 10, 1948, in Montgomery County, TN, son of Maggie Walker Burkhart and the late W.B. Burkhart.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother, Terry Burkhart.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his sisters, Joyce Tuner (Cleveland), Clarksville, TN, and Willene Diebold (Leonard), Lebanon, TN.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Anglin Funeral Home with Danny Peppers officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be held from Noon until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Inc. Dover, TN.
