On August 23, 2020 Frances J. Potter (nee Heflin) passed away. Mrs. Potter was the dearest wife of the late David K. Potter, Sr., devoted mother of David K. Potter, Jr. and his wife, Stephanie and Katherine Potter and her husband, Bryan Wilt. Loving sister of Opal Stacey. Dear grandmother of Melissa Lee, Heather Buckner, Michael Flynn, Debra Buckner, Bryan Buckner, Nick Potter, Ashley Potter, Sheyenne Madrid and John Paul Gray. Loving great grandmother of Kayla Bradley, Mattisyn Lewis, Gabriella Buckner, Emma Flynn, Ronald Gross III, Bryan Buckner, Jr., David Joseph Potter, Raylen Richards, Jayden Miller, Jordan Potter, Greyson Lensch, Mason Potter, Paisley Potter, Kinsley Potter and Zagan Madrid. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
The family invites friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point MD 21230 on Friday, August 28th 2020, 3:00pm – 5:00pm and 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow a limited number of people in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask. Additional Visitation will be held at the Anglin Funeral Home, 402 Donelson Parkway, Dover TN 37058 on Tuesday, September 1st 2020 from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Funeral services will be held at the Anglin Funeral Home immediately following the visitation at 1:00pm. Interment in Heflin Cemetery, Dover TN.
