To Edna's Family:
Edna was a wonderful woman. I remember her beautiful personality that was always so radiant. She and Freeman were so supportive of dad and mom (Harrison and Keoka Wallace) when they were pastoring the Bethel church. I have wonderful memories of her beautiful singing with the quartet. My first job while I was still in high school was at Freeman's gas station and Edna was such an encouragement. A special word of comfort to Larry and Diane, who grew up with me. God bless and may you feel His comfort.

On Sundays we would gather at Granny Bumpus’ house for lunch. There was sometimes singing and lots of laughs. So much love and food was shared in that house. The women would gather in the kitchen and the men in the living room and the kids outside on the front porch or in the yard.
