Walter Douglas DeRose, age 66, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Tennova Healthcare Clarksville. He was born August 5, 1953 in Ft. Campbell, KY, son of the late Harold and Bettie Lousie Taylor DeRose. Mr. DeRose was a master builder and a man of God. He attended North Stewart Pentecostal Church of God where he was an awesome drummer for the worship team.
He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Bonnie Dennis DeRose, Dover, TN, son, Bryan DeRose (Tonya), Clarksville, TN, daughter, Misty Harris (Dustin), Hopkinsville, TN, stepson, Micah Outland (Lisa) Cumberland City, TN, stepdaughter, Shannon Grasty (Thomas), Indian Mound, TN, sisters, Debbie Settle, Indian Mound, TN, Bonnie Wilson, Indian Mound, TN, grandchildren, Logan Donahue, Garrett Outland, Peyton Donahue, Amelia Outland, Braiden Harris, Kaylee DeRose, Gavin Harris, Claire Harris, and Gage Grasty.
A celebration of life will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the North Stewart Pentecostal Church of God with Bro. Joe Page and Rev. Don Dennis officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at the church.
