Obituary for Charles E. Oxier
Mr. Charles E. Oxier, age 80 of New Johnsonville, TN passed away March 23, 2020. He was born December 19, 1939 in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Charles W. and Wilma Waugh Oxier.
Mr. Oxier was a US Army Veteran. He retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Company in 2002.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his only son, Charles L. Oxier, and brother, Don Waugh.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Dean Oxier, whom he married on March 8, 1963; brother Dave Oxier (Debbie), Marion, IN, sisters, Carol Sherwood, Columbus, OH, Judith David, Zealand, MI, great niece, Sue Engle, and her two children, Colt and Gracie.
Mr. Oxier will be laid to rest at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dover, TN. Memorials may be made to the Toronto Wesleyn Church PO Box 14 Toronto, OH 43964.
Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN.
