Carol Jean Proctor, age 71 of Bumpus Mills, TN passed away January 24, 2021. She was born June 3, 1949 the daughter of the late Richard and Eileen Means. Carol retired as a printer with L&M Tape and Label Company in St. Petersburg, FL. She enjoyed volunteering with the Stewart County Humane Society. She fostered abandoned cats and was a hospice caregiver for sick cats.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother; James Means.

She is survived by her sons; Shawn (Christine) Foran of Bumpus Mills, TN, Christopher (Terina) Foran of Clearwater, FL, sisters; Becky Pasko, Bobbie Stitgen and grandchildren; Joshuwa Foran, Annalysa Harris, Morgan Foran, Taylor Foran, and Braden Foran.
