Ms. Betty Lou Jenkins, age 72, of Bumpus Mills, TN, passed away, Thursday, July 25, 2019 at her home. She was born September 19, 1946 in Trigg County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Wesley Jack and Lucille Calhoun Skinner. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, John Jenkins, and brother, James Skinner.
Survivors include her sons, Clint Armstrong (Carol), Indian Mound, TN, Kurt Armstrong, Big Rock, TN, brother, Ronnie Skinner, Destin, FL, sisters, Patsy Craig, Buchanan, TN, Ann Perrin, Big Rock, TN, Sue Curtis, Big Rock, TN, Jackie Taylor, Dover, TN, grandchildren, Cody Armstrong (Jordan), Mark Gray, Miranda Bolt, and Trevor Bolt (Cheyenne), great grandchildren, Jaylee Armstrong, Lillian McCarty, River Armstrong, and Addi Mudge.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, July 29, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. David Whitehead officiating. Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery, Big Rock, TN. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of service on Monday. Pallbearers will be Carlos Curtis, David Candler, Ernie Craig, Chad Craig, Scott Perrin, and Jimmie Mullins. Honorary pallbearers will be Nick Cook, Timmie Earhart, Joe Mattox, Donnie Page, and Donnie Cross.
