Mrs. Bettie Jean Earhart, age 86 of Big Rock, TN, passed away on Friday April 22, 2022 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born in Bumpus Mills, TN, daughter of the late Otis and Bessie Reason. Mrs. Earhart was a homemaker and attended the Bumpus Mills Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Mathis; sister, Sue Stimson; and brothers, Jessie Reason and Bill Reason.

She is survived by her long-time companion, David Mitchell; daughter, Robin Rodgers; son, Timmy Earhart of Big Rock; sister, June Hurst of Jacksonville, Fl; and brothers, Ray Reason and Luther Reason.

Grandchildren include Bonny Blyzes (Steven), John Mathis, Daniel Mathis, Dawn Kyle, Savannah King, Tabatha Roberts, Bee Jay Roberts along with several great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Anglin Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
