Mrs. Alberta Whitehead, age 96 of Dover, TN passed away December 13, 2020 at Signature Healthcare, Erin, TN. She was born September 6, 1924 the daughter of the late George and Sally Heflin. She was a faithful member of the Dover Church of Christ. She retired as a seamstress from OshKosh B’gosh clothing factory and later became an Avon Representative.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter; Janet Green, her husbands; Elree Green, and Roy Whitehead.

She is survived by her sons; Roger, Michael, Steven Green; daughters; Faye Wallace, Ann Williams, Regina Lafleur, Theresa Green, sixteen grandchildren and over forty great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was loved by her family and was a pillar of the community.

Visitation will Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 11:00 am and continue until the hour of service at 1:00 pm at Anglin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Dover, TN. Those honoring her as pallbearers, Roger Green, Trey Keese, Derek Meadows, Todd Wallace, Brandon Mathis, and Justin Atkins.
