Dwayne  Kent
Dwayne Kent, age 68, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away, Thursday, May 31, 2018 at his home in the company of his family and friends. He was born August 20, 1949 in Stewart County, Tennessee son of Charles and Mary Quinn Kent. Mr. Kent was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam era, he was a member of Boilermaker’s Local 455, and a member of the Carlisle Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Kent and brother, David Lee Kent.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Cynthia Kahn Kent, Dover, mother, Mary Quinn Kent, Dover, daughters, Emily Bieda (Allan), Tennessee Ridge, TN, Andrea Johnston (David), Takoma Park, MD, grandchildren, Noah Kent Bieda, Lucas Allan Bieda, Whittaker Louis Johnston, Harriet Louise Johnston, brother, Charles Kent, Jr. (Freda), Chattanooga, TN, sister, Deborah Kent Williams (Rick), Dover, TN.
A memorial service with military honors will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Carlisle Missionary Baptist Church, with Bro. Steve Sukowatey and Bro. Skip Youngcourt officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home, Dover, TN.
